A Message from the Convention Director - Update #3

Dear Members, Senators and Convention Delegates:

I hope this update reaches you in excellent health and wonderful spirits!

Convention is fast approaching and we are working tirelessly to ensure that you have a safe, cost effective and superb experience at the JCI West Indies 55th National Convention! Please see below for some exciting updates:

1. The room rates have dropped!!! Single occupancy is now $130 per night
2. Double occupancy has two options $80.00 per person per night (standard room or $90.00 for superior.
   
3. Triple or Quad occupancy is $85.00 per person per night (superior room)
   
4. The booking code for the hotel is "JCIOCT15" 
   
5. All bookings should be made by August 31st, 2015 with one night deposit.
   
6. Full payment of rooms will be required on arrival
7. Children 0-2 years old are free; 3-11 years pays $66.00 when sharing with adults; 12 and over pays adult price.
8. Please send the committee confirmation after bookings are done. 
9. The paypal account is currently accepting payment. Please log on to the facebook account <JCI West Indies National Convention> to make payments. (Kindly take into consideration that there is an additional $2.00 charge for paying via this medium)
