Junior Chamber International (JCI) is a global network for young people between 18 to 40. We are present in more than 100 countries and have over 200,000 members across the world.
Founded more than 100 years ago, JCI is the premier organization for youth leadership and skills enhancement.
JCI rose from the conflict and aftermath of World War I, and is committed to our founder’s vision of everlasting world peace
JCI members have worked for a century to improve themselves and the world around them in tangible, practical ways
JCI West Indies was established in 1960. The organisation forms part of a voluntary, world-wide personal development organisation for young professionals and entrepreneurs in their twenties and thirties. Our mission is to provide development opportunities that empower young people to create positive change!!!

Our theme for 2025, “Creating a Brighter Future Together” stems from a vision to see the West Indies expand beyond 8 chapters, each local organisation comprising at least 25 active members, as well as local organisations and the national organisation thriving financially.
On behalf of the 2025 Board of Directors, we encourage you to employ your intellectual capital to execute impactful projects, immerse yourselves in your local activities and continue being the changemakers within your communities.
