Junior Chamber International (JCI) is a global network for young people between 18 to 40. We are present in more than 100 countries and have over 200,000 members across the world.

Founded more than 100 years ago, JCI is the premier organization for youth leadership and skills enhancement.

JCI rose from the conflict and aftermath of World War I, and is committed to our founder’s vision of everlasting world peace

JCI members have worked for a century to improve themselves and the world around them in tangible, practical ways

JCI West Indies was established in 1960. The organisation forms part of a voluntary, world-wide personal development organisation for young professionals and entrepreneurs in their twenties and thirties. Our mission is to provide development opportunities that empower young people to create positive change!!!

Being a member of JCI Guyana and by extension JCI West Indies has been instrumental in my personal and professional growth. The skill and leadership development opportunities offered are always top-notch, providing practical knowledge while increasing capacity, equipping individuals with the tools needed to excel in various fields.

My experiences with JCI training have been transformative, enhancing my public speaking, project management, and strategic planning skills. These sessions have significantly boosted my confidence and prepared me for leadership roles.
